You need to know HTML coding. Take screen shots of the layouts you are putting on your site and save them, upload them to your image host like photobucket.. Also make scaled down copies of your preview screen shots (thumbnails). The best way to do the layout posting is to make it so that the viewer of your site click the linked thumbnail image to see the full size preview of the layout with the corresponding code under it on a new page. Put the layout code in a text area box so that they can just copy and paste it.

Using small 250 by 300 thumbnail previews of your layouts makes the page load faster for the viewer and the viewer only seeing the full sized previews of the layouts they click on, which in turn cuts down on bandwidth usage.
